The orthodocs.faith site exists primarily so that people can listen to the podcast. No login is required, and to our knowledge the site does not currently use cookies for regular visitors.

Email

If you use the form to Subscribe to Receive Updates, your email address will be placed on an email list that we only use for announcements related to the podcast. We do not provide your email address to anyone else.

Mailchimp is the tool that we use to maintain the email address list, and their privacy policy is available at: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/

Other items

The audio files of the podcast themselves are hosted by Buzzsprout. In general, Buzzsprout is used only for the audio files, but their privacy policy can be found at: https://www.buzzsprout.com/privacy/

The orthodocs.faith website does log IP addresses of visitors. Those logs are retained for up to two weeks.

Store

When purchasing items from Orthodocs.faith, personal information such as purchaser’s name, address, email, and payment information is collected. This information is used only for processing and servicing the order. Orthodocs.faith maintains a record of each sale that includes purchaser name, address, email, product(s) sold, amount of sale, and which payment method (PayPal or credit card) was used. No other payment details are retained after the sale. No purchaser information is ever shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than essential record keeping.

Orthodocs.faith provides two options to securely process payments: PayPal (for payments using purchaser’s PayPal account) and Stripe (for credit card payments). You can access PayPal’s Privacy statement and Stripe’s Privacy Policy on their respective websites.
